This firm was very professional, extremely knowledgeable about the background information needed to try our case and very timely in filing our suit. The case was very emotionally sensitive for me and they were very thoughtful and accommodating, something that I deeply appreciated. We were especially impressed by Devitt Cooney's ability to respond to our questions and move the suit along so quickly. He also was very experienced in handling our type of case. We highly recommend this firm. We couldn't have been more pleased with the service that we received.

My family and I were represented by the Clifford law firm, and they did a terrible job and admitted to providing terrible legal care in a deposition. They failed to file our case on time and in the right court. The Clifford law firm intentionally concealed their mistakes for years while telling our family that things were going great, all along knowing it was in the wrong court, court of claims when it should have been in District Court. Once the case was dismissed because of Bob Clifford's and his lawyer's negligence they put us through 6 more years of hell denying anything was wrong with the case. We still have not received justice. I would not walk but run away from the Clifford law firm.

Clifford Law Offices did an amazing job on my medical malpractice case under difficult circumstances relating to both the case itself as well as navigating COVID obstacles. When we first met Bob, he promised my wife and me he would use all the resources at his disposal throughout the case, no matter how long it took to resolve. He fulfilled that promise in what turned out to be a long process. They obtained an excellent result for me and my family in the end and never tried to push a settlement for less than we deserved - they were fully prepared for a trial. I can’t imagine there are too many trial attorneys better than partner Brad Cosgrove as well. I’d give them 6 stars if I could.

Cooney and Conway have been handling my dads absosto case and have done a wonderful job since day one even after the passing of my father back in November of 2019 they have been wonderful to work with. They do everything they can to help you out. Yes some things of the process maybe slow but they communicate very well about what is going on whether it be via phone calls or emails. They answer any questions you may have about your case. I wouldn't want any other lawyer. You just got to be patient cause certain cases takes longer then others it just all depends on your situation. You got to remember they have to deal with the other parties involved in the case too and judges as well. But like I said before I wouldn't want any other firm Cooney and Conway have been amazing for me and my family.

Had a phone consultation with David Petrich. Comparing to a handful of other lawyers whom I consulted with, Mr. Petrich's approach and opinion in how to handle my brother's PI case were utterly ridiculous. At the end, he became very upset with my question as how we are to exercise the judgement if we will win the case. He raised his voice over the phone asking me to take his name of the list and wish me luck. I am not sure what position Mr. Petrich holds at the law firm. I can't find him in the attorney list on the web. I am aware of my brother's personal injury case is small potatoes comparing to some of their multi million lawsuits. It would be better off for the intake staff to turn down my case vs to have a low level unprofessional attorney raising his voice speaking nonsense.
