I called in for a consult and guidance on my claim, whatever intake I spoke with was rude and argumentative, she kept jumping to conclusions on what I was looking to do with my claim and she even spoke as if she already knew the law. These guys do not care about their customers' needs.

While my case has not been settled I am beyond satisfied with how I’ve been treated by Ankin Law. I was involved in an auto accident and was terrified when I was injured. I did not have health insurance and wasn’t sure what to do. They found me a great place to do physical therapy. Anytime I want to call them to get an update I always get someone right away or have to wait a little bit. Totally understandable for a law firm. So glad I chose them to represent me. Adam M is a great representation to this company and has totally put me at ease about anything that I am concerned with. Would recommend to anyone in trouble with an auto accident or work injury. when and if I need a lawyer again I will certainly use them again!! Thank you 😊

I would not recommend them.. yes, timing is very important regarding these matters. But this law office is extremely excessive with the amount of time responding or resolving cases. Don’t bother to lie and say I am not in your database. My case has been over for a few years now. I strongly urge, anyone reading this to go through all of the reviews. Either the response is you are not in our database or I am sorry you went through please contact us.. what, for there’s nothing you could do now… NO thank you counselors.

I had the worst experience with Anklin law office, Chris Garrett was assigned to my case. All he did was lie to me, he would tell me my case would be filed by weeks end and months later would not respond to me. Every time I reached out to the firm via email or call he wouldn't respond. His paralegal Jose would also tell me Chris never told him to have my case filed after Chris stated he'd have it filed on multiple occasions. Jose would also tell me the Chris wasn't in when he was, worst attorney ever and I'd think twice if you are assigned to Chris, this went on for a year before I got a letter stating they were withdrawals from my case instead of reaching out to me like a real attorney would to explain why he didn't think I had a suitable case. I would seek representation elsewhere if I was you or at least request a different attorney other than Chris Garrett.
