Spoke to the receptionist with the nice voice today. She was very calm and patient, she was a good listener, and she made sure that I was able to speak to someone concerning my case. She is kind and a customer service pro. I was unable to catch her name but she has a pretty accent and is polite. She said “good morning !” and made my whole day good ☀️

Just wanted to come by & give my thanks to Scott Goldstein, Alex Quigley, & for a brief second Yuliana. 'Twas a challenging experience for me because when I started I was filled with anger about my situation, but... I'm a little better now. If it wasn't for Scott & Alex working my case & assuring I get the best outcome, I don't know where, or what, I'd be doing. While communication between us was seldom, I knew they were doing there job. And for the times we did communicate, I thank you- for helping me through this process.
