I used Michael Wasserman and his team as to sell a Boat Slip at River City Marina. The sale and closing went extremely well. I had a major issue where the Boat Slip was accidentally sold along with my Condo in 2019 River City Condo Deconversion (a mistake made by River City lawyers on my side!!) and, what could have been a disastrous loss of my Boat Slip ownership was resolved in a timely manner and I was able to regain ownership and was able to sell.

Michael and his team are very professional. They assisted me in buying my first home (condo). I especially appreciate the timeline with reminders that were sent to let me know about things to do and when I should do them. This was very helpful! But not just that they were available to talk to me anytime to explain the process! Hire Michael and his team and you will have more peace of mind in this stressful situation!
