As a first time home (condo) buyer I did as much research as possible but still ran into some issues that I didn't anticipate. Michael, Jake, Magdalena and everyone I worked with were quick when adjustments needed to be made and even helped with some minor issues that arose after closing.
A little more expensive than some other quotes I received, but well worth it for the experience and professionalism across the board.

Russell helped me with a bankruptcy in 2012. Just get the man what he asks for and let him work his magic. It will all be over soon.
I'm currently trying to buy a house and the bankruptcy reared it's ugly head. Reached out to Russell and he reminded me it would be removed from my credit next year (10 yrs). He also got me a copy of my discharge in less than 24 hrs (he sent it at 5 am this morning). 10 years later, Russell is still coming through.

Lawyer Russell is not a good divorce lawyer at all, but even worse is his paralegal Izzi Salgado who, no matter how desperate you write to him requesting to speak with the lawyer, never communicates with him or returns your calls and all the evidence that we send him to our defense never sent them to court ending the case against us having sufficient evidence to win the case and having paid them more than $ 10,000.00. I do not recommend them at all

Michael and his team was great! They helped us navigate a "sell by owner" purchase of our new home. He was responsive and a fantastic communicator. And even though we didn't get to meet in person (due to COVID), it felt like he had known us for years. He even put up with my husband's terrible jokes! Would definitely recommend!

I used Michael Wasserman's law firm at the recommendation from my real estate agent, Robert Teverbaugh, and worked primarily with John Aylesworth for the purchasing a condo. I would recommend all of them to anyone making a property purchase in the area. John was on top of every detail and issue that came up, and I continue to get notified of matters that need to be taken care of or potential scams.

We are first time home buyers that just recently closed on a two-flat in Chicago. We worked with Michael Wasserman and John Aylesworth and they were both wonderful to deal with.
