My wife and I highly recommend John Aylesworth. He was recommended to us by a friend and we could not have been happier. We had a number of issue come up with our closing and John was very helpful with getting everything handled.

Mike is absolutely top notch. He was incredibly responsive and on top of everything constantly. He was better about making sure things were done than we were, constantly checking in. He has a completely open door policy as well. I could not ask for a better real estate lawyer. Will for sure be going with him again for any other property needs in the future.

I have worked with Mike Wasserman since 2003 because no one else compares. I am a realltor and in a position to recommend him to many clients. (And he has handled all of my personal RE transactions). Without fail or exception, transactions with him went smoothly and without stress, including a recent deal that had very difficult and challenging circumstances. Really did a better job of keeping track of than I did at times

I've used Michael for all of my real estate transaction for just about 20 years now. He's always been great with communication during the negotiation stage which I find to be the most stressful.

Never did I think that 11 months would feel like 11 years!! Between the covid-19 virus, all the difficulties it has caused... Never did I think it would impact my divorce. But it did. Which just made a situation harder than it already was. I just want to say that I am grateful for Russell Knight and his firm, for the patience and understanding they have had for me during one of the hardest times of my life. I am grateful for the resolution that is taking place and extremely grateful for the line of communication that has allowed me to experience some peace of mind during this emotional roller coaster. Fastest condo Sale in my life! Thank you Mr Wasserman! I am very grateful to Michael Wasserman for representing me in a complicated transaction. I am UK citizen and resident, who sold condo in Chicago. It is a complicated transaction, but even with a six hours time difference and necessity to present apostilled documents on another continent, sale went off very smoothly. Michael Wasserman was very helpful and responsive to all my questions and concerns. Michael was with me every step of the way. I am a foreign seller, so the deal had to be coordinated with US accountants as well, which Michael performed on my behalf. When the buyer found issues during the walk through, he negotiated with the buyer and was tough when needed. Overall, it was a fantastic experience! Michael took the time to explain to me page by page documents I received from the seller, to answer all my concerns about those documents. He responded on every email and phone call when I had questions and worries and I’ve got all the answers. The closing went smoothly, I received my money from the title company on the next day after closing. I would highly recommend Michael Wasserman and his firm.
