As a residential real estate broker, I know the value of assembling a good team to help your clients get through the intricacies of a deal, and one of the most crucial members of the team is the attorney. Michael Wasserman is fantastic--the level of service, availability and willingness to talk to clients about all aspects of their deal from the crucial to the most trivial speaks volumes. Michael is a passionate advocate for his clients who keeps communications with the "other" side cordial and respectful and can shepherd a deal through the rockiest of courses. He's a pleasure to work with and it's always a relief when my clients choose him as their counsel.
