Michael Wasserman did an excellent job for us. I would highly recommend him. Michael returned emails within minutes. He was always willing to take our phone calls day or night. As a first-time buyer, we had many questions and Michael was always there for us. He made the process easy and stress free. We worked with Michael during the Covid-19 pandemic and I have to say that was there every step of the way. He was able to do the closing without us having to be there. He hand delivered our closing documents. Mike is fantastic. In fact, he was so good, we recommended him and John to our parents who are using them to sell their home.

I had the pleasure of attaining the services of Michael Wasserman law firm when I was buying my first property. From the standpoint of a first time homebuyer with a busy work schedule, I was very impressed with how Michael Wasserman and John Aylesworth handled everything. Where as John took me through the process, Michael still reached out to me to introduce himself and thanked me for wanting to do business with them and also offered his support if I needed to tap into his extensive knowledge and expertise. Attorney John Aylesworth was very professional and so supportive. He walked me through the whole process. I explained that I was a first time homebuyer and had a busy work schedule. He explained the whole process to me, and reminded me each step of the way of anything i’d forgotten. John took care of everything and I never had to worry about a thing. Both Aylesworth and Wasserman kept all forms/lines of communication open to me via email, phone, txt. They always responded to my emails promptly, my calls were always answered and I never once completed a conversation feeling confused or dissatisfied. I especially remember when the day prior to my closing my lender was having problems getting approval and my Attorney, John reached out to her and asked if there was anything he could do to make it happen. Everything got resolved and we closed on the scheduled date. I was particularly touched by that. Now bear in mind, Michael Kept reaching out to me the whole time to make sure I was happy with everything and if there was anything else I needed done or he could do for me. On the day prior to the closing , my attorney John told me what to expect, what to bring with me. On the day of the closing, I met with John for the first time. Mind you, because of my busy work schedule, everything prior to the closing was done via email and phone and he awarded me the same professional courtesy and was totally at ease. I was told to expect to be there for 60-90 mins however, everything was completed in 40 mins. FANTASTIC!! As a Client/Customer You want a professional You want an expert You want peace of mind You want communication You want truth You want timeliness You want dedication You want respect You want flexibility You want your case to be the main focal point These guys can provide all of the aforementioned without a doubt. As a meticulous individual looking through a professional lens on how these gentle conduct business, it is evident to me that they are very much team players and have each other’s back and with that in mind, you know you will feel the ripple of the harmony that binds the two of them. A week after my closing Michael reached out to me to ask if there was anything I needed. Two weeks later I got another follow up email from Michael showing support and reassurance even though we’ve never met. Clearly These gentlemen take pride in what they do. Good work ethics is evidently one of their priorities and how a customer views them is very important to them. That is what you need as a client or customer wanting to attain the services of a professional. Thank you kindly gentlemen for everything. We used Michael as our attorney during our experience buying our first house, ( which was a bit complicated because we were doing a rehab loan, and it required more than the usual level of negotiations. During the intervening 5 years since we bought, it was always just a thing we looked forward to to get his thoughtful emails on our anniversary of our closing dates and our birthdays. I know lots of businesses do this,but these were thoughtful and personalized. Needless to say when it was time to sell we returned to his group for our representation and again were so pleased with their level of attention to detail, flexibility working through COVID, and high level of professionalism. Great company and great lawyers.

Michael and team were referred by my realtor and he did not disappoint! After having gone through this process once before a year ago, Michael’s process was so much more involved in regards to communication and follow up. He even helped me out with a situation after the closing. Highly recommend!

Additionally, we had the unfortunate luck to have our closing occur while in the midst of the shelter in place order due to COVID-19. Michael made sure to inform us of the safety recommendations for closing, gave us the different options to choose from, and worked with us to make sure that closing was a seamless and safe process for everyone involved. This attorney costed me a seperation from my 2 1/2 years old son and was abducted by my wife to another country. His promises were never fulfilled and now I am a Dad left behind thanks to his incompetence. Please find another attorney

Mike and John were instrumental in helping me buy my first condo. My real estate agent was no help at all in walking me through the steps of the buying process, but Mike and John were there through it all. They sent along detailed checklists and documents outlining what to do next. Plus, they were available for panicked calls from me when something changed and I needed assistance asap. If you are buying a home for the first time, I highly suggest working with them!
