Micheal just helped my partner and I close on our new condo. Because of his consistent communication, having answers readily available for or myriad of questions, and caring personality the process was exponentially less stressfull. Even after close Micheal has stayed in touch to make sure everything is going well. I highly recommend his legal services if you are in the process of buying real estate.

I was referred to Mike by my sister and I couldn't have been happier with his services! Being a first time home buyer, I had many questions and found the process overwhelming and daunting at times. Mike was very patient and always available to answer my questions - sometimes multiple times if need be - clearly and directly. He had a calming presence that was so helpful, it really made me feel more confident about the process. I would highly recommend him for anyone that is in need of a lawyer for home buying purposes. Russell has been a committed legal ally to me as I have struggled with post-decree conflicts with my ex-husband. I don't like legal conflicts and I get emotional. Russell has been very understanding and explains everything to me as clearly as he can. He comes up with new options when the conflict gets to be too much for me and I just want to quit. He knows what's right and he is willing to fight for those things. He also does his best to keep conflict to a minimum. He is not seeking to prolong the conflicts. I feel that he is in my corner even when I have lost hope. That's why I feel that I am in good hands with Russell. His fees are also reasonable and he is honest and thorough with his accounting. He is not out to squeeze out every dollar he can during our most vulnerable moments.
