In 2017 I was busted by the state police on I 55 outside of Springfield with more than 100 pounds of weed. My family interviewed lawyer and hired Stephen Komie . I got out on bond after 8 days although I was facing a mandatory 12 to 60 years. We went to court and I was offered 30 years. Mr. Komie told me to reject it because he could do better. He and his team work up my case. He questioned the stop as a violation of my rights. After 3 years of fighting the state . Mr. Komie got me a soft ending. He got me 2nd Chance probation for 2 years of Deferred judgment at home in California. He beat the felony conviction and save me from going to prison. He save my life and I aim going home to my family. Amen !!! I recommend him as truly the BEST Lawyer in the country for any legal trouble. He and his team took great care of me!!! I spoke to several lawyers who urged me to plead as the case was hopeless. But I put my faith in Mr. Komie . He worked a great miracle reducing my case of 100 pounds to 500 grams for a deferred judgement. If you are in trouble you need him.

Her name came to my eyes as one of the candidates by reference, and when we talked through the phone for the first time, I was impressed by her politeness, attentiveness, professional knowledge, and effective communication! I did the very best I could to explain in advance the details of the case I engaged Komie & Associates for, and in my initial "consultation" over the phone with Lawyer Komie, I was extremely clear about my goals and objectives. In retrospect, I am amazed that he agreed to take the case, because I have no reason to believe that he accomplished anything I asked of him. One specific thing was the recovery of an iPhone taken into custody by Chicago Police. Komie claimed to have gotten a court order for its recovery, in a long-winded and braggadocious phone call on 26 Mar 2020, and agreed to mail the court order. As I write this review, which he provocatively invited me to do at the end of that conversation, exactly fifteen weeks have passed and the promised court order has not appeared. I gave him a list of things I wanted done, and to the best of my knowledge, none of them was done except that he charged me $5,000.00. I absolutely would not recommend this firm. I selected them because they were close to the address of the person I wanted them to represent, and because their website boasted they were especially skilled with out-of-state extradition cases. In the end, my friend was extradited to another state more than 500 miles away, that case was dismissed, and I arranged to get my friend back home without a coat, with no money, with no identification, and no phone - in the middle of the winter. When we called Komie & Associates to talk about the phone, they had no idea that their client had been taken away in chains in a cage, had a case dismissed, and was back among the free citizens of this nation. I found it particularly obnoxious how much of a braggart I found Stephen Komie to be; when he was talking to me "ON MY DIME."
