I was checking on my customer complaint, and was told by a staff member on the phone that the complaint had not yet been processed, since I dropped it off 3 weeks ago. Told me to check after the New Year holiday.

Did not receive a reply. Played a tape that I found and played it over the phone. It was about practices in the mental health division. How they treat and coherse and diagnose someone for dementia and Alzheimer's. The treatment is cruel and not funny to me. It also is about abducting a person to committ them. I recognize the voice that states what they are going to do. It scares me to think who it is. I hope this matter is addressed.

I called to complain of the phone calls ( at least 3 a day from different #'s) about my Social Security # being cancelled because of suspicious activity. This is a SCAM.
