We started the Green Card process in November 2022 and I got the approval in February 2024, at least six months before the anticipated timeline. The early completion of the process wouldn't have been possible without the proper documentation and guidance from Aaron and Arely. They were extremely patient with us and answered all our queries regarding the process in a time bound manner. In addition to regular email communication, we had video calls with Aaron, Senior Attorney, to discuss different aspects of the green card application process. Although our case was straightforward, we did not want to take any chance with the documentation process. A small mistake could have delayed my green card approval as I stay in India and my partner in Chicago. Therefore, my partner and I decided to seek help from a law firm specialising in immigrant visas. We were lucky to contact MMHPC and Aaron gave us confidence during our first interaction with him in October 2022. More importantly, MMHPC accepted our request for the monthly payments mode, which did not put financial pressure on us since both of us are PhD scholars. Also, MMHPC specialises in different languages and had even translated one of my crucial documents in Hindi to English before submitting the visa application. I would encourage people from the Indian Subcontinent region to seek MMHPC's help without worrying much about the language barrier issue. This review is for Senior Attorney Aaron Lawee and his Legal Assistant Arely Rojas. We are extremely thankful for their services to our immigration case. Aaron was always so patient, including during the “getting to know you” phase. It never felt like we were just another case to him. He remained exceedingly attentive in this often scary process, and was always willing to take input/suggestions from us on how we think certain documents should be submitted to the US government. We want to applaud his calm demeanor despite my anxious and urgent nature, and there was always a prompt follow up email from him no matter how trivial a question we had. Aaron would also always be available to jump on a call, and we did quite a few. We are so thankful for an attorney who values putting in face time with the clients as much as we do.
