Being an Indian, I know the back log for EB2 pathway is so much and it could take 15-20 years or more to get a green card through that pathway . Update: I recently contacted Mr. Hallagan to renew my green card and everything went smoothly. Once again he answered all of my questions with much patience and detail. Also shout out to legal assistant Luis Borrero who went the extra mile with his service. Luis provided much attention and communication throughout the whole process. I would recommend this law firm since they are reliable and knowledge. I can tell Mr. Hallagan has a lot of experience; he answered many of my questions with ease and I felt comfortable to began the application. I was referred to many lawyers who have done R-1 visas by reputable agencies that have in-house lawyers who process these visas. I contacted & researched all the referrals. MMHPC appeared to be the best, by far, and then proved that they do excellent work. Communication is key in this process, and between the lawyer & the legal assistant, there was always someone I could email or call & get a response within a day-minimum. I highly recommend them.

Many years ago I have been dealing with cancellation of removal. My attorney Maria-Baldini could not finish my case because she became an Immigration Judge.
