I would not recommend calling these people... I simply called to get an evaluation and the intake person on the call was extremely rude and it was a terrible experience. I couldn't believe someone spoke to a potential client in that way- I have no previous experience with the firm or the person on the phone but ten seconds in, I told him I could forward a memorandum with the case summary and he said "no use your words and tell me" then proceeded to talk over me when I explained my case. His tone was just absolutely irritated that he had to pick up the call and I was so taken aback by the aggressive nature I could barely describe my case. Honestly, the man didn't even hear my case, it's as if he didn't want to take cases for the firm. 0/10 I'm sorry I would not recommend. You can look at my profile, I never leave reviews for anything but this was beyond rude and unprofessional.

I called looking for some advice and to see if I had a case. The gentleman that answered the phone was very rude. I started to explain it and before I could finish saying what I explained he said they cant do anything and hung up on me.

Wow! I cannot be more thankful to this organization. They helped me out in one five minute conversation after days of seeking answers and one of those places I seeked answers from gave me direction that would have otherwise cost us thousands! The attorney that answered my call and gave me sound direction was very knowledgeable and through in making sure I had all the necessary details written down. Thank you Illinois Lawyers!
