Michael prince is one of the worst he didn’t take his time to let me explain before he said no. He is very rude I wouldn’t recommend him at all very snotty. He got upset because I asked him why would he say no if I haven’t even told my story 🤣

Beware Michael didn’t allow me to explain and instantly hung up if I read the website correctly they are suppose to refer u to someone he didn’t care to help. Worst experience ever. He was very rude

Contacted the firm and was directed to an excellent personal injury attorney who called within 10 minutes, dug into the issues of my injury, requested supporting materials, and proceeded to take charge of the case. This was an excellent inteŕaction.

I was in the process of looking for a lawyer that could possibly take on a case for me, give me some advice on, or point me in a direction for what I need. The receptionist took my information down and said a lawyer will contact me within 5-10 minutes. To my surprise Michael called me within 5-10 minutes. Now granted I'm using an internet phone service, TextNow, and any and everyone knows these kind of phone services always glitch and service goes in & out. Well while Michael is trying to say what he has to say he cuts in-and-out of the conversation. I tried to explain this to him but he just got plainly & simply irate with me & started yelling real quick. Then hung up on me. Then I call back to get the name of Tue law firm and the lawyers name and the receptionist wanted to make a mockery of me. I WILL NEVER USE this law firm or recommend them to anyone EVER.. Thank you

I just called to speak to a lawyer and 2 seconds into the conversation i was rudely interrupted he said I had no case and I hadn’t suffered any harm or emotional distress and even went on to say in the most disgusting way possible there’s no way I am seeing a therapist for emotional distress don’t even try getting a lawyer here UPDATE: i have no reason being dishonest about my experience, I don’t know you and I Was interrupted during my conversation 2 seconds into the phone call it really doesn’t matter if it was 2 seconds or 20 minutes later , you are rude and disrespectful and very unprofessional, get a new job!

Michael called back within just minutes, which blew my mind, and was extremely helpful and thorough. Fortunately he was able to address a few of the concerns and questions I had regarding the next steps to probate or not to probate, and was a great help. Thank you again, and I hope everyone has a wonderful Christmas!

Within minutes of completing an online request for help on a Sunday night, I received a phone call from Michael Helfand, one of the attorneys with Illinois Lawyers. He took the time to listen and to get the details of the potential medical malpractice claim I was calling about and assured me that I’d be hearing from him or another attorney in the morning. By 8am Monday morning, he got back to me with the name of the attorney he referred the case to and advised what the next steps would be, as well as the criteria for pursuing a medical malpractice claim for the specific procedure that led to the personal injury in this situation. They definitely underpromised and overdelivered! I’m very impressed and grateful! Highly recommend! You just don’t find service like that anywhere else these days

Just called this place and quite possibly spoke with the rudest douche-canoe on the planet. Stay away unless you just want to be more frustrated with your situation. Due made an assessment of my parents situation within 30 sec of me divulging almost no info and just disconnected the line on me. Unreal.
