Company is a scam, they will lie to you, change their policies to suit them, leave you on hold, never return calls or voice-mails then when you call back in will attempt to place the blame on you saying they called multiple times and left voice-mails when they never did either. They will lie, hang up on you, leave you on hold, promise call backs, laugh at the issues they caused, defend their employees who lied and say it was just a misunderstanding and treat you like the badguy if you get even the slightest bit upset.

I’ve been trying to get in touch with a lawyer since December 14, 2023 and no one has called me or emailed. I’ve had creditors take money from my account while paying this law group and nothings been done. The firm is all talk no results. Now I can’t even get the hold lifted to be able to speak to the creditor because no one ever returns my calls or emails

My wife signed up for this program and had to wait for negotiations. Freedom Debt Relief waited until civil proceedings were filed. Now we owe over $6000 more than when she signed up to just one creditor. There are not able to negotiate with the creditors and her next negotiation is in July so we expect more civil hearings to be filed. We are very disappointed in this program.

Very disappointed! Signed up after going on disability, it sounded great! Contacted FDR to inform of a warrant in debt that now is a garnishment. We now owe over $6000 more than we did when we started. They claim they can negotiate after the garnishment has issued but so far no settlement! Stay away from this program.

Horrible service it takes 18 days and plus for attorney to respond and still didn’t respond and you get the same response check junk mail or we will send email to attorney blah blah blah horrible service will not recommend to anyone
