So far so good…way early in the process though

I've been in this program for 5 months. I've had a wage garnishment and now have to go to court. I can't ever get anyone to call me back. It's frustrating when in the beginning they promised to talk to all of my creditors to let them know I'm enrolled in the program. More of my enrolled money goes in Turnbull fees than to my creditors. I'm thinking about leaving the program.

Predatory! I should have known that something was off when someone akin to a used car salesman signed me up. Things were just okay until I was served papers from Discover. Turns out they knew that Discover never wants to settle out of court and didn’t inform me. I could have worked something out with that creditor myself. It took weeks to get a half hearted response from who is supposed to be my attorney after getting served. Now I have a court date four days away and cannot get a response from him. They want to sign you up and take your money without actually fighting for you or communicating. Instead they try to get you to take a high interest loan with one of their affiliates, which would cause you to carry more debt. I turned down this offer, after already realizing this whole thing is predatory, and the man on the phone belittled me. I should’ve reported it then. I was told that my debt would be cut in half. What I wasn’t told is that I would end up paying every penny and possibly more because of Turnbull’s fees. Meanwhile, my credit has plunged and I’m facing my wages being garnished. All this and I cannot even get an email back from them. Stay away from these scammers.

Worst mistake Ive made! Was told it was a 4 year plan only to be told after that it would be longer! Have had to settle remaining debts myself!!! Feel ripped off!!!

They promised to do their part as long as you hold up the end of your bargain continue to pay on time and the amount that they ask and you will feel comfortable. Sleep well knowing that at the end of the day your debt would be paid and your credit cards back in order

Perfect guidance with reasonable cost

I have been with Turnbull right under a month, and my first settlement has been negotiated. It’s exciting!
