So far so good, Turnbull/Freedom has done everything they have said to date. Just negotiated first settlement so once that one is 100% paid off and reported I can better review and still have 2 debts to go. I am hopeful that they will continue to stay on top and get all settled by end day! Thank you for all you have done so far. Makes for a less stressful events for me and my family during this hardship.

I was told I wouldn't have to worry about any legal issues, that they would represent me and communicate with my creditors/collections agencies/law firms, as long as my account stays current, which it has for a year now. I was told to stop paying my creditors and to let my accounts go into default. Now, one of these collection "law firms" that bought by debt has issued a judgement against me and is asking for my information, including my banking information, which I assume is to garnish my wages. They have not communicated with me on what I should do when I got my first letter from court that I was being sued. EVER. I could have avoided all of this if they had simply told me how I should reply, or better yet, replied for me like they promised to do! I have been trying to get a clear answer since November 2023. It doesn't seem like they have even reached out to any of these creditors besides one. I received ONE voicemail at 8 PM on January 2, 2024, from a Matthew Gross stating they can't do anything for me unless I give them more money. I have already sent over $6,000. I agreed to a monthly payment plan. I understand that I agreed to this payment plan, but I was also told someone would represent me in these matters, that if I stayed on track I wouldn't have to worry about being sued or having my wages garnished. Honestly, I wish I never enrolled in this program, and contacted my credit card companies myself to work something out. But I fell for it, at a very vulnerable time in my life. I thought this would take the stress away from me, and let me focus on earning money to pay off my debts and not let interest keep accruing. Now my stress levels are through the roof. I honestly don't believe any of the positive reviews that people have left on "google reviews" or anywhere else. How are they helping these people and completely ignoring others? Please do not fall for this scam. Contact a local attorney for a free consult on what your options are if you are deep in debt, or try to work something out with your lenders/creditors. I will definitely be leaving this program and going to someone I can trust, and that has my best interest at heart. People shouldn't profit off of others' misfortunes, and honestly, it feels like this is exactly what Turnbull Law Group is doing. Do not trust them and do not trust any company that offers "debt relief". There are so many better options out there.

They have already settled one account. Will be starting on the others. They are always there to answer questions and to help you. I would recommend them to anyone. I am very happy and pleased with them so far.

So far, I’m not happy I haven’t heard from my representative in three months, I have reached out to change my email address. Her mailbox is full. Have not received a phone call back. I had to call and get it taken care of myself. I’m sorry I have ever done this. I have all my creditors calling me and I have no clue what they’re even doing anymore.
