Got referred to Sarah by my realtor and I’m glad to have made the decision to go with Sarah. She’s really professional and thorough, and makes sure everything goes as planned. We had to deal with a not so nice or competent seller’s attorney and Sarah stayed on top of attorney review to make sure he doesn’t jeopardize the buying process.I’ll recommend her to all my friends and family in the process of buying or selling as she’s great!!

We just closed with Sarah and from start to finish, she was supportive, knowledgeable, and communicative! We had questions throughout the process about contract language and strategy, and Sarah took the time to explain everything clearly. Highly recommend!

Sarah was amazing! She was very responsive and made sense of everything for us. Not only that, but the price was right. I expected to pay a lot more than what we ended up paying for her services. In addition, her 'bedside manner' is top notch. She's a real person who is very understanding.

Sarah handled our entire closing AND if there were room for more stars we would give them. From day one she was the consummate professional! She took us step by step through the process, was available anytime we called and was spot on with all her advice. Ours was not an easy closing as we had moved out of state 2 days before the closing and Sarah handled it seamlessly. I would recommend her without ANY hesitation. Great Job and thank you.
