Sarah Sutton is a great, knowledgeable, detailed, and friendly real estate lawyer. She was always available when we had questions and gave us frequent updates via email. She was a lot more detailed and close to the process than our previous lawyer. I would definitely recommend her.

While several city attorneys were suggested, we selected Sutton Law based on Sarah’s great online reviews and experience - specifically with real estate law and as a licensed real estate agent. One of the challenges with our transaction was selling our townhome unit long distance from California. Sarah and her team were super responsive to all our communications; the time zone difference was never an issue. The buyers agent and attorney were difficult including several demands and attempts to change terms. Sarah was steadfast and professional.
