Perhaps the worst attorney services ever retained. Still regretting ever falling for his ad 10 yrs later Also, please note the reviews, you'll notice who is a paid or bot reviewer and who is not. There's no in between, there are either 1 star or 5 star no in between. But it's only the 1 stars that are "liked" 👍

This firm has had its law licsence suspended for excessive fees! He took advantage of fathers!

Stay away! If any of the reviews on here are positive it’s likely that they were paid mules and NOT REAL. These people charge LIKE CRAZY and the results made me have to hire another attorney. YOU’VE BEEN WARNED.

Thank you to this office of Jeffery Leving. Attorney Anthony S D’Agostino was very helpful during my time of need. He help direct me in the right path. He went out of his to help me with my issues dealing with my case and even one that wasn’t. This is definitely a definition of a Great Attorney. John R. Madden, Christopher Smith, Jim Hagler, with the Law Offices of Jeffery M. Levin. When my divorce started I was blind sided. Everything I worked for in my life disappeared over night, in some instances, literally. The only thing that matted to me in the moment was my 2 year old son, my only son, and I was told repeatedly by many attorneys I spoke to, due to the nature of my job vs the nature of my exs job, that I would be lucky to get my son every other weekend. Something my ex told me would also be a likely outcome. The first person I met with when I gave the Jeffery levin firm a chance was Jim Hagler and he outlined my rights as a father and that I have rights to my child just as much as the mother does. After hearing my side, Jim made John R. Madden the lead attorney on my case. John R. Madden was by my side for 16 months, he answered every question, he answered every email, he answered every phone call. Even when he was busy or on vacation he would get back to me the same day if it wasn’t right away. The firm may be a big name firm, but he made me a priority. It was John that told me what we could or couldn’t do legally, and no question I asked him was a stupid question. When a critical moment happened in my case it was John that suggested we get an emergency order of protection and it was granted. With the help of Christopher Smith I was given full custody of my son for over 8 months because of everything I told John. John listened and he knew my case better than anyone and he portrayed that to the team at his firm very well. When it was time for the trial, I was well prepared along with John and his mountain of paper work. In the end it came full circle to my ex having every other weekend with my son and me having primary custody. I will highly recommend the Jeffery M. Levin to anyone who is going through a contentious divorce. If you get John R. Madden, Christopher Smith, or Jim Hagler I know they truly do care about the future of your child/children and they are professional in every sense of the word. They have resources and knowledge of law better than anyone. If you’re honest with them and you do what they tell you to do, they will get you the best outcome you are able to get for yourself and your child/children. Don’t go it alone, don’t hesitate to give them a try.

Like several other of the reviews I had a horrible experience with this firm. I was told around 6500 and it might be more. The 6500 turned into 11k before I fired them. The guy that calls for billing is difficult and also calls people a liar (I have a saved voice-mail of that) and the attorneys don't seem to communicate because the one attorney didn't know what the attorney I spoke to for the consultation told me. I would not recommend these people to anyone

They keep calling me after I've asked them multiple times to remove me from the list and stop calling.

Both Eric Hartig and Leslie Poole fought hard to restore my 50/50 parenting time. I felt like I was heard the entire process and they always kept me in the know. Highly recommended.
