Leving, Ltd. for more than year and half and have worked with Marta Shvets, Les Poole, Eric Hartig in the firm. They have worked diligently, meticulously and in great detail on every aspect of my case which had many complicated and delicate issues to be dealt with that also required constant communication and deliberations with the opposing counsel and team. There were times when immediate attention was needed and issues needed to be addressed promptly and Marta, Les and Eric made that possible. They worked as a team and made sure all the motions, petitions and responses were filed promptly and on time.

Highway robbery!!!!!!!!!! Run, do not engage! They charge way too much for the work that they don't do. I just switched to a different firm because they charged me 16k and we haven't even gone to court. Advertising is what they do well along with overcharging. They advertise through WGCI like Westwood College did, and they are out of business and faced lawsuits. They are taking advantage of 'certain people'. I wish I could give them zero stars. Read the reviews people!!!! Don't waste your time. Please!

Visited Anthony D'Agostino at the law firm of Jeffrey Leving for a consultation. Anthony was very knowledgeable in answering the questions I was concerned about. If you have an issue in regards to child custody you should definitely call Anthony for advice. He did a great job!

They charged me a consultation fee before even speaking to me. Each time I scheduled a consultation meeting they always called hours before or hours later never at the appointment time. Then once I finally spoke to an attorney he basically told me what I already knew and overcharged me for his representation. They talk a big game but just all about taking your money.

After being in and out of DuPage County court for 5 years I had enough of the small town politics and friendships between judges, lawyers, and therapists. General practice lawyers are NOT the way to go in a custody case. I went for the consultation with Jeffery M. Leving. It was affordable, they were aware of all the parties involved and how things happen in DuPage County. In my consultation they were able to purpose several courses of action. They also provided me with the number for a great therapist. We all know how stressful this is. I am working with attorney Michael Ochoa. In our first meeting he was able to point out the major flaws of a motion asking me to pay thousands in reimbursement fees. My previous attorney never caught. I find Mr. Ochoa very knowledgeable, he is not bothered or intimidated by DuPage County politics, and is always available to answer a question. This is a big deal to me. Make the call to Jeffery M Leving and take advantage of their affordable consultation. Having such a large law firm with a team of lawyers that have seen and heard it all, will give you piece of mind. For the first time in a long time I am not so stressed, feel there is positive end in sight.

Matt Cook and Jeff Leving are great guys and excellent attorneys. The whole team at the Law Offices of Jeffery Leving really cares about their clients and their clients children. I recommend them to anyone who needs a family lawyer.

Anthony D Agostino was the attorney that handle my case. I needed important documents to bring my family in to the us And although he is not an immigration lawyer his ability and good customer service to get the documents my family need was excellent and swift. Not his specialty but he got it done faster than those so called experts.

Anthony D’Agostino of Jeffery Leving‘s office really helped me in my child support case. The state’s attorney was wrongfully, trying to tag me for child support arrearages on money I already paid to my children’s mother. If it wasn’t for Anthony and Jeffery Leving’s office, I would have received a judgment for thousands of dollars in back child support for money I did not owe and probably would have lost my drivers license and ended up in jail.
