I could never imagine that there can be such a quick, elaborate yet easy to comprehend system provided for US immigration . I am utilizing Visanow /ENVOY services for last 4 1/2 years and my sense of appreciation is only growing! Easily the best in industry !!!

I'm their current customer through my employer. Their response time and service used to be excellent before they were acquired by Envoy. VisaNow used to be excellent platform with easy to reach customer service and legal team. Since last year or so, they have become a very lazy organization with various silos. Their customer service department has no direct communication with their legal team. Legal team doesn't bother to attain cases based on priority and severity. They have their own routine and schdule - a very slow process that bothers when they wont be replying to simple RFE before 10 days even when it's time sensitive. simple Renewals will takes months due to lenthy slow process. I would not recommend anyone to them becasue of their overall process inefficiency and lackluster respone. I have provided them feedback many times internally, I hope, they read this feedback and work on improving their internal work culture and their both departments hopefully co-ordinate better in future!!
