Pity I cannot give 0 star. Worst possible customer service. Incompetent lawyer. We used them for TN visa and got screwed at the border. I rue the day I decided to use their service. It has been a painful service right from the word go. The NAFTA category we were applying under wasn't justified properly in the support letter and the border agent caught that int he first few minuted of looking at the document and after that it was only down hill. I would really advice people to stay away from Visanow.

From start to finish, the experience was extremely bad. We received little support, follow up that took days and the employees were very unprofessional. Here is the full break down of my experience: I was working with Visanow to get an employee on board with my company. This was our first experience with sponsoring an employee so we needed all the help we could get. We were also on a time crunch so we needed to get the process completed as soon as process. That was our first mistake, these guys take days to get a single response back. They of course didn't get the packet completed in time so we spent more time and money and delayed flights and the applicants time. We scheduled the flight a week later since we were told the packet was almost finished and we thought several days were sufficient... mistake number two. They barely got the packet completed the day before our employee had to fly out and to add salt to the already big wound they told us "they could not guarantee the work" because they felt like they were being pushed to quickly. Move to next day during the interview with the border agent, they denied the packet based on clear submissions and omissions of the visanow counsel. In fact, the whole TN1 Nafta Rules were clearly overlooked as the very description of the Nafta required position (consultant manager) wasn't described how it should be. Apparently these people recommending and making these type of mistakes is common, read other review here and with yelp. Long story short, I ended up having to personally get the package from Visanow and manually adjust it so I could set it up for the border agents. I had to read all the rules and regulations and completely re-manipulate and add to the packet. After 4 attempts of going our poor employee going to the border and being humiliated each time we finally got the packet right so we could get him through. Also, before that first meeting with the border agent I went into detail how I was frustrated with the services received and how we couldn't get a guarantee on the work done. This was with our account manager, Kurt T. During that discussion (at least on my side) the assigned account manager started yelling at me telling me how we made it difficult by putting pressure on them and how everything was our fault. I had to calm him down and remind him that this wasn't personal but a business issue and there was no need to get so upset. He then went on to tell me that "they spoke to upper management" and they would no longer be assisting us with this case. They did however offer to assist further if we bought another packet for $1200... unbelievable. Never in my career have I ever worked with a company so quick to take your money and so slow to offer assistance. My suggestion, there are several other reasonable and much more helpful sites out there, steer clear of these guys.

They lie about no extra charges. They make you do everything including typing legal papers yourself when you're suppose to paying them over $1,000 and they do nothing. You can't even speak on the phone with you're own lawyer. It's the worst and most expensive and stupid thing you can do. Get a normal lawyer that u can physically see and talk to.
