They handled my H1B transfer case and it was very disappointing. I was approved without RFE from my previous case. However, since Envoy took over the H1B transfer, not only I received RFE but a final denial of my case. The whole process is not transparent and you have no idea if things are getting done. Also, they won't submit your case or response to RFE until last minute regardless how early you prepared all materials. I was very disappointed with expertise of Envoy attorney. My case was denied because of specialty occupation and our attorney demonstrated none of the requirements. The only positive experience is their customer support. They usually respond within 24 hours. However, with such poor legal service and opaque process, I would advise other people to keep a close eye on the application process themselves.
