I called Mr Helt “out of the blue” and he answered personally, he spend a significant amount of time talking to me about my wife’s green card problem, she, like many others has waited over 2 years for her renewal. This is a problem in its self but it is becoming more time critical as we had planned to travel outside the country in a few weeks. Mr Helt advised us to set up an appointment with our local office to obtain a special stamp in my wife’s passport that will allow her to travel without her new green card. We were not aware this was an option as it’s not mentioned on the USCIS website, or not where we could find it at least. Mr Helt could've suggested we file law suit to get the USCIS moving and taken our money however he gave us free advice that we hope will solve the problem. Thank you Mr Helt!!
