I'll try to make it short... Mr Helt has been amazing throughout my entire process. After my first hearing, actually after my first meeting with him I knew that he is the right lawyer. My experience has always been a no non-sense. He would always be real about the situation and at the same time he will do everything possible to win your case. Communication has always been spot on. I've always had my calls returned and always had my emails answered. I know it might sound strange to point that out, but with other lawyers that I've dealt with that was an issue. You need to be patient about the process. It has nothing to do with your lawyer. You are dealing with government. Give it time. Again I just can not express my gratitude towards Mr Helt. His work, knowledge coupled with his genuine desire to help you is just unprecedented.

I have had a complex pending immigration case for around a decade now, through an EB5 visa, which has created lots of diabolic setbacks. This visa has unfortunately made my case very tedious and difficult to navigate through. However, during the initial consultation Christopher was very knowledgeable and took me through my process step by step. He immediately filed a FOIA request to see how he can properly aid us by looking at our documents. Because I still hold permanent residency status, time is a key factor, and reaching an immigration officer is nearly impossible. With Christopher’s advice and help I was able to obtain an appointment with the immigration office while maintaining confidence. Christopher and his staff have been a great help as I continue moving forward with my case.
