Hi, I was referred to Mr. Sean Phillip Park, by a very close and reliable friend who is an attorney as well. The difference was that Mr. Park had a licence to practice in Florida. This is where my vechile accident took place. My friend doesnt have a licence there. I realized by my introductory phone call, that Mr. Park wasnt like the dozen of attorneys that I have previously talked to. I was able to speak directly to him. Not a information intake person who was reading off a written script. He not only asked questions in regards to my accident, but engaged in a sincere adult conversation. He was up front with me in regards to my chances of helping me. He looked under nooks,and crannies to come up with a solution. After weeks of investigating, Mr Park still returned my calls, and gave me great advise. At this point I will be going into a different direction. If something changes, i will jump at the chance to hire Mr. Park. He doesn't give you false promises, or paints a rose garden for you. Not like the other law firms, that promise you have a case. If you have the opportunity to take some time to engage in conversation with Mr. Park, you will attest to every word I said.

As a first time home buyer in a "For Sale By Owner" situation without a real estate agent I found myself overwhelmed. The stress that comes with such a huge purchase without the guidance of a real estate agent was quickly relieved by this great firm. The responsiveness, integrity and communication they displayed were spectacular. The review would not be complete without mentioning a superstar that's part of the Staff over at The Gurney Law Group. I had the privilege of working with Samantha. She is the definition of what a Law Clerk should be. Samantha was quick to answer any question or concern I might have had and if she did not have the answer she went above and beyond to get me any information needed. With this pandemic present I never had the opportunity to meet Samantha in person. Yet her attentiveness to my situation you would have thought we were related or old friends. Interesting thing to share is at the closing Mr. Gurney and his team had my situation all squared away and my documents in order ready to be signed off on. I was done in a quarter of the time a traditional closing usually takes (according to everyone i spoke to a closing could take a couple of hours). The cashiers check for my downpayment took longer to clear then what my actual closing transaction did. I will be quick to recommend The Gurney Law Group to anyone who wants to have the best in their corner. I wish them success for years to come. With the customer service they display I doubt they will fail in anything they do. Keep Closing on !! Thank You Guys.
