Roughly two years ago, I made some poor judgements and got in trouble with the law. Without going into details about my case, needless to say, I thought everything I had worked for were going to get stripped away from me. I was panicking. A friend of mine referred me to Uche. There is nothing like having a good lawyer to help you with a case you know was all lies. Today September 30, 2019 @9:30am. My Lawyer Nenye Uche beat my DUI/Fleeing and Eluding/No Insurance Charges and saved my CDLs!! The reason I was charged with Dui is because I was being shot at. The police seen me speeding and pulled me over. I informed them of the shooting. But unfortunately they were NOT concerned about the shooting. They were ONLY concern about the smell of alcohol on my friend. Even through the shock I still cooperated, took breathalyzer test and whatever else these cops was throwing at me. I knew my case was built on lies and honestly I didn't know how I was going to beat this. I fired my first lawyer because I believed he didn't take my case serious. But Nenye did! He broke my case down piece by piece. He discovered the officers heard about my shooting being called in the same time they were arresting me. He even caught the officer up in that lie in court today. Omg this guy was on fire in that court room. I am truly grateful to have a lawyer like him.

Not only did he stand up for me he was able to beat my case IN DUPAGE COUNTY and help me get back to my normal life. my case was not easy by any means but he was able to successfully provide the evidence necessary to proof beyond reasonable doubt that i was innocent . I had a great experience with Atty Nenye Uche he was very upfront about his cost and I liked how he broke the payments up for me. I had a resisting arrest case as well as a battery case. After a few court dates in Bridgeview he got both cases dropped. In the meantime i had caught a DUI case and I automatically went to Atty Nenye Uche and asked if he would handle that case as well for me. His price once again was below alot of other attorneys and he accepted to take my case again. He told me on both of my cases not to worry he would handle them and to my expectations he got all my cases dropped. Attorney Uche got our case dismissed by making a deal with the prosectors. This was our very first time dealing with this side of the law and his team as well as Attorney Uche himself were very understanding and helped us through the entire ordeal. I have dealt with Attorney Uche twice in the past 5 years. The first time was for my nephew who was charged with an attempt murder at the cook county courthouse on 26th and cali in Chicago. Attorney Uche was skillful and all round brilliant and took my nephew's case to trial. After a one-week trial, my nephew was found not guilty by the jury. After that case, I sent attorney Ninye Uche the case of a friend who had her brother shot and killed by Chicago police.
