Nenye Uche is the best DUI attorney the i have seen in action. My cousin (not to be named) actually blew more than double the limit on the breathalyzer (0.17) and pretty much failed the field sobriety tests. I accompanied him to all his court dates downtown at the Daley Center due to the fact he had his license suspended. Mr. Uche was phenomenal in the court room, probably due to the fact that he used to be a prosecutor in the same court house. It was amazing how well he was treated by the prosecutors and how friendly he was with all the judges. Nenye always seemed to know what to say to each judge presiding the case at each court date. The aftermath of hiring such a well known and experienced attorney was that Mr Uche got all the tickets and the DUI case thrown out with NO penalties or court costs. My cousin now has an absolutely clean record with nothing to worry about effecting his future in any way possible, all thanks to NENYE UCHE!!! Thank you Mr. Uche for all you did and how well you handled the case. God forbid anyone ends up in this situation but if you do, Nenye E Uche is the man to call upon in your time of any type of crisis.

Attorney Uche is the MAN!!!! Just three hours ago he literally got 30 years thrown out for my boyfriend!! My Bf was charged with a class X felony for guns and drugs and was facing 30 years based on his criminal background. Attorney Uche filed a motion to quash arrest and suppress the guns and drugs and HE WON!!!!! using a small technically he got the judge Maldonado at 26th St and California Ave Courthouse to thrown out the charges, even the class X felony! He also tore up the officer on the witness stand! We literally owe him 30 years and are very grateful!!!!

April 5, 2018 I would recommend Attorney Nenye Uche anytime, I was pulled over and charged with a DUI. I was also caught driving with suspended license twice shortly after which added 2 more cases against me. I could have suffered severe penalties for ALL three cases against me. I would have been serving time in jail and ordered to pay heavy fines. I could have lost my job because of it. But Attorney Nenye Uche worked his magic and got both my 2 driving on suspended license cases dismissed. Then won my DUI case which resulted in a “Not Guilty” ruling by the judge. NOT GUILITY-My husband was facing 30 to 50 years in prison for unlawful use and possession of a weapon, combined with being charged as an armed habitual criminal. Through our painful, excruciating, and stressful journey, which lasted more than three (3) years we researched, hired and sought the assistance of five (5) prominent attorneys in Chicago and they all said it was not a winnable case, after taking our money, or they were not sure what the outcome would be based on the evidence. Their services for what they charged was subpar and after asking for astronomical amounts of money their customary practice, and the make-up of their DNA, is to be disrespectful to the families and individuals who in many cases put up their life savings, so their loved one could have stellar representation.  However, the representation is not stellar, it is substandard, shoddy, and poor, they don’t visit your loved one, they leave your loved one sitting in jail, and in the end, they just want to plead out the case. The police found my husband and his friend asleep in his friend’s car. They had been out drinking and fell asleep outside our home. After approaching the car and banging on the window, the Police Officer asked my husband to exit the car, which he did with his hands up, and a cup in his hand. At some point words were exchanged, and the Officer pulled his gun, and my husband turned his back and ran out of fear, with his hands up the entire time, hollering, “please don’t shoot.” When my husband was arrested he was held for approximately 48 hours and charged with possession of a gun.  The Officer wrote in his report, that my husband exited the car with a cup in one hand and a gun in his other hand. He explained to the jury, that the only finger prints on the gun, were those of the arresting Officers. He ingeniously articulated that the gun in question was not near my husband. Moreover, the Judge Sustained Attorney NENYE UCHE twenty (20) times more than he did the Prosecutors.  However, Attorney NENYE UCHE expertly, shrewdly, and skillfully explained to the Jury that they should stand their ground, and not be bullied and have the courage to do what was right because the State had not proved their case beyond a reasonable doubt. My husband is back with his family, we never gave up on him, and neither did Attorney NENYE UCHE.
