First, Nenye Uche is a courtroom specialist. Almost 1 year ago Uche's expertise lead to my acquittal of rape charges. My innocence was not of value to the prosecutor nor the prior private attorney. The importance of knowing what tool to use for a particular job will save you time and money. Mr.Uche stepped in professionally with enthusiasm to seek justice.I sincerely hope and recommend anyone, before becoming a victim of the judicial system, seek Nenye. At trial,Mr.Uche opening statement 'buyer's remorse set tone, better yet pace throughout the 5 day trial. My life was on the line, so priceless is the fine "NOT GUILTY " after 1 hour of deliberation, not to mention days earlier being offered a 8yr plea bargain. Mr.Uche master courtroom experience superseded my 'bogus charges.

Paid him $500 a month for about a year for nothing. Just prolonged my case out that was already about a year old.

I ended up getting a DUI charge in December of 2015. (Christmas Eve as a matter of fact). And I was so nervous about getting a DUI for the first time ever in my life so i googled dui attorneys and out of the 3 attorneys i have talked to about my charge I've decided to hire him because he kept it real about how the process would go and his fees were reasonable. I have hired Nenye for two different cases that I had and he was amazing!!Once I was charged with a DUI for the use of marijuana and one of the police officers even testified in court that I told them I smoked earlier that day and that he smelled smoke in my car.Nenye calmly ask the officer had he been trained in Field sobriety testing,yes the officer responded.Nenye then asked,Did you give my client any test?No the officer responded.With no sobriety test,no blood or urine test the case was dismissed and my license were returned to me that very same day.The second case I was charged with UUW which in short is a gun case.I was pulled over in my van for a broken headlight and the officers ordered myself and the other six passengers out of the van at gun point.After searching the vehicle an officer produced two handguns.Charging me with UUW!Nenye got the arresting officer on the stand and proved that the officer did not know who of the seven people the guns belonged to!!He also proved that the officer didn't know me from my codefendant or how many people were in the vehicle.Nenye even went the extra step of finding case law that says just because the vehicle is mine doesn't mean I am aware or responsible for the contents of the vehicle!!I was found not guilty in a bench trial!!Thanks to Nenye Uche I am a free man!!

If you want the best, then go with Attorney Uche! I had actually hired another older attorney to handle my DUI case. When that attorney could not get a good deal for me, he withdrew from the case and recommended that I hire Attorney Uche. I promptly did. Attorney Uche set the case for trial and beat it! Attorney Uche beat my husband’s DUI case. My husband was charged with driving under the influence of cannabis. It seemed like a pretty slam dunk case for the prosecutor because the police officer smelt burning weed in the car and found cannabis and a weed pipe in the car too. Also, my husband had been in the car with a friend and my husband had given a confession. We in fact had only hired attorney Uche to get a good deal for us. However, he persuaded us to have a trial instead. WE WON! Attorney Uche hammered the police officer on the witness stand and somehow proved to the judge that the officer couldn’t really prove that my husband had been smoking at the exact time he was pulled over since there were two people in the car. As for the alleged confession, Attorney Uche argued that my husband had confessed to protect his friend. What was equally a stroke of genius is that Attorney Uche made my husband testify and made my husband confess that he smoked cannabis regularly and had intended to smoke had he not been pulled over!! GREAT ATTORNEY!
