If I can give this lady a zero I will I bought a house with her and now she is not replying I asked for the deed she said it will be in the mail a month after purchase and its been half a year and I still haven't received my deed. Please don't buy with her you will regret it.

Ms. Garza was awesome. She answered all the questions I had in a timely manner when purchasing my first home. She also explained all of the forms in detail during closing in a way that was also easy to understand. I would definitely recommend her to anyone.

She is the worst attorney ever! do not trust her at all!! she was my real estate attorney and she advised me to close with tenants during this pandemic and now i am suffering fighting for me to move in to my home. she is not even responding anymore, we had an agreement with the seller that if the tenants stay past the 30 day notice i will receive escrow. I haven't heard from her after closing, she just took my money and never responded back and now i am stuck with tenants and no escrow. awful service!
