Very good service from SwagatUSA. I was stuck between switching jobs due to H1B extension RFE from USICS which needs a detailed explanation and I was in an urgency as the new manager wants me to join ASAP. I had an expedited phone consultation with Dhenu Maru immediately after which SwagatUSA team drafted a detailed case report submitted to USCIS and my H1B approved. SwagatUSA team was really responsive and drafted my case within a week.

Attorney Dhenu and her team did a great job on the process of getting my permanent residency. They are very knowledgeable and professionals about immigration laws. Always there from the beginning, questions were answered very quick every time I would call, especially at the end of the process when I needed the most. I am very grateful they made it happen. Dhenu Maru did a great job guiding me through the process of applying for EAD (Employment Authorization Document) Combo Card (Employment and Travel) and Green Card. I just received it in the mail and I am very thankful for their excellent job.

My review is based on the phone consultation service I received from Ms. Dhenu Maru in the month of August. My experience was very bad. I paid fees for 30mins and received a call 10 mins late. I was trying to explore visa alternatives and had done my own little research and went into the call with some questions and to know other possible alternatives. My questions were answered in one sentence without any proper explanations for follow-up questions. And after my questions about one alternative I had researched, I asked what are other alternatives we can explore. She named a few and when I asked her if she can elaborate more on those alternatives, I was told you need to pay again. We were only 20mins into the call since she joined 10mins late. Plus before the phone consultation, I was told all your queries would be answered even if it goes little over 30mins. The service I received was totally not worth the high price I paid for and there was a clear lack of professionalism. I would not advise for phone consultation, atleast with Ms. Dhenu Maru.

Well don’t know about other services but I don’t recommend anyone for asylum seekers. Wasted good money and time as well.
