Been using SwagatUSA for all my immigration concerns and had a very positive experience. The document preparation was spot on and had no RFE's . The process went very smoothly and also provided excellent interview preparation which made it easier for the IO for swift approval. Would definitely appreciate the work done by the attorney and saved a lot of personal time as well during the process . Dhenu and her assistant Isabel were extremely helpful from the moment we walked through her door. She told us exactly what we needed to do to get my husband his green card and did it for a VERY reasonable price. She made sure we were way more than prepared for the entire process and was incredibly knowledgeable in each and every area of our case. I cannot recommend her enough. Dhenu Savla came as a highly recommended attorney from a relative in the Chicago area. She took on the responsibility to file the EB2 case for my wife. It was a straightforward case with ample time (4 years to exhaust 6 years of H1 limit). She missed a couple of deadlines in the beginning that alarmed us. However, she mentioned that my wife's PERM case was filed. More than a year later we learnt that her PERM case was never filed. She blamed it to one of her employees that she said she would fire. Anyway, my wife's case was spoiled. Eight months later, we are still recovering from the aftermath. She may be a reasonable attorney, but totally botched our case. I never ever experienced such low level of professionalism from anyone in the US.

After a long drawn out complicated waiver process we are relieved and pleased to say that SwagatUSA came through. We eventually had to leave the country for her interview and were granted a visa the very next day. Athough it costed both financially & emotionally as we did not know what to expect, it was well worth it. We definitely recommend Dhenu & her office for any immigration related cases. Thanks again!

I was not happy with the service provided. The petitions (H4 EAD and Extension) that I needed to be processed were pretty simple and straight forward. But neither the attorney nor her assistant seems to be clear on the process.

I Strongly recommend dhenu for Sevis Reinstatement. She helped me a lot with this procedure. My sevis got terminated because of my initial opt denial. I don't know what to do . I had only 30 days of time to respond . At that time i met dhenu. She explained me about the procedure of sevis reinstatement and guided me well in gathering proofs from every one . We worked together and gathered each and every possible proof and submitted to uscis. A week ago my application got approved by uscis. I don't even get one RFE also. Iam Shocked by seeing my application status online. I can say that She gave me a second life of living in USA. Thank you so much Dhenu.

I decided to consult with Dhenu after reading many positive reviews online. During our first phone consultation I made it clear that I am married to a man and I am filing my green card application as a gay man. Dhenu was very confident in my case and she showed full support during entire process. We had a in-person interview with my spouse in SwagatUSA's office which is conveniently located in Lincoln park area. One of the things that was very important to us was the ability to upload our information and supporting documents online. Although the website that SwagatUSA uses is basic it does get the job done. In past I have done work/study related petitions by myself so it was a relief to have a full team to double check my forms/documents and mail them on time. We also found the mock interview part of the process very helpful. I want to give a big shoutout to Isabel. She is very helpful and polite to work with. She had been very quick to respond to all emails I sent. Overall we received great service and we highly recommend SwagatUSA. `

*** In response to your reply no I did not file anything on my own before coming to you. So no that wasn’t me. You were the first and only lawyer I used for our waiver application, I had not applied on my own. There were several things that seemed off for example getting a denial about something and when I asked about it I was told something was left out of the initial application by your office and it was fixed and resubmitted. Also at one point you said I owed another payment to the office but I had paid by PayPal and emailed you the receipt. Your office must have not recorded my payment correctly. Also at one point it was realized at the last minute there was a deadline approaching so you had me overnight my info and it was never gone over with me and my letter was never discussed with me before being submitted because there was no time. It was unfair to me that my application was rushed at the last minute because you lost track of a deadline that I had no idea about. I used Dhenu for an inadmissibility waiver a few years ago and was not pleased with the service. At first things seemed good and like she was giving my case attention. In the end though everything was very rushed and didn't get the review I feel it needed. I received an updated checklist for documents needed, things that take time like letters from family that must be notarized and letters from mexico. Then 2 days later I got an email saying oh I just realized your deadline is Monday. Please overnight all paperwork and letters tonight. I never even got a chance to go over with her and make any needed changes once she got the first copy of my husbands letter. I feel like I didn't have enough guidance with the letters and what to write. I even told her in I didn't think the case was strong enough and asked what else I could do. I should have known but the case ended up being denied and All the time and money spent just wasted. If she didn't feel the case would get approved I would like to think she wouldn't waste my time and money. But if she thought it was a good case I would have likes more time and attention to detail. One application has to be resubmitted because the office forgot to include something. And another time I was told I still owed more money but I had made all 3 payment. I was able to provide my deposit proof paid through paypal and then they realized I had paid. All in all I would recommend someone else for complex cases like waivers. And someone who is willing to put in more time and attention and offer suggestions to make the case stronger.
