The initial consultation is supposed to be one page and 15 minutes. I contacted him a day before I had to appear, he reviewed my entire summons, called me back after 4pm, and gave me great advice which worked out at my hearing. In the service business it is well known you only hear from your customers when they are extremely satisfied or just slightly dissatisfied; this would be the former! Outstanding experience with a class act.
