Before reaching out to Michael, I spoke to several other attorney's about my case, which involved possible, foreclosure, bankruptcy or other unfortunate options. i had done my research so as I asked for help from these other lawyers, all they had to say was that I had no options and that I would basically need to do all the work and send them a check. When I got on a call with Michael, not only did he make me aware that i had more options but he was very honest with me. He gave me a time frame and as we proceeded everything fell into place just as he had said. He's gone above and beyond for me and my family. Honestly I never thought a lawyer could ever be like how Michael is: knowledgeable, caring and trustworthy.

Michael Gunderson helped my husband and I close on our condo in Chicago. I can't say enough good about him as a lawyer.
