Thermal Law Offices has done a great job, period. During the process, and while taking care of the case, we were approached by Charles (Owner of the firm, great guy by the way in my personal opinion) and, not only delivered, but exceeded the outcome of my expectation. I was rear-ended in April 2018 and a friend recommended Thurman Law Offices. My lawyer was Kelli Mule and from start to finish the process was easy and she was on top of my case. I felt every time I spoke with her she was patient in answering all of my MANY questions and I never felt rushed by her. She was always quick to respond to me if I contacted her by e-mail and was always thorough with her responses. In the unfortunate event I would need to hire a personal injury lawyer again I would ABSOLUTELY go with this company again! Thank you again!
