An excellent representative to have at a closing or anything else involving real estate. Knowledgeable, answered every question - sometimes even without asking, so you can include intuitive in his repertoire. Explained everything that was going to happen at closing and then explained (to my satisfaction) every paper that was in the packets. His fees are very reasonable for the amount of work he does. I trust him implicitly and will use him every time. A solid recommendation.
