I called to find out about my situation and possibly hirer them I was connected to an attorney. I explained my situation to him he was pretty much trying to avoid my question by talking around it. It’s one major key factor that I wanted to know. It was a pretty much very simple legal question to answer. It was either a yes or a no and he would not answer the question instead, he gave me a scenario. I’m under impression that I know things that I’m not supposed to know in my opinion and maybe he did not like that so to be honest I’m not sure if this is the best law firm in the world but I do know that they were dancing around my question that is very simple to answer. For this reason, I will not be hiring them looks like they’re in it for themselves. A lot of attorneys pray on people in these situations most of the time they just want quick payday without actually putting in any real effort like going to court or going through mitigations and like they told me, this is a business and that is exactly what they are.

I cant believe I havnt written a review earlier. Jason schram and associate Jon Bailey are top top top real estate attorneys! You can definetly count on them for an extremely smooth real estate transaction. You can also count on them for extremely complex difficult transactions. They are calm, knowledgeable and connected. Their relationships with other attorneys and realtors make the transaction very easy going and smooth. They always have a clients back. When they see red flags in a transaction they are not shy to bring them up and protect their buyers and sellers. They are amazing advocates for their clients. I am a Realtor and have done numerous transactions with these two. They are my go to every time.
