My husband and I started his immigration process back in 2018. Our journey was a difficult one dealing with immigration and their long processing times and half the time just no response. We initially had started with a local firm back in 2018. All we heard from them was we had to just wait. We were devastated. We were then referred to McEntee Law Group by one of our good friends. We had our initial call with Natalia. The hope that Natalia gave us after our first meeting with her is a feeling we will never forget. Natalia and Susie helped us on our case which included Adjustment of Status Denial, reopening of our case, responses to RFE’s, along with many Congressional and Ombudsman requests. Any questions or concerns that we had they both responded to us in a timely manner and addressed everything with knowledge and care. In such a short time with all of their hardwork and dedication to our case my husband received his green card! I needed to apply for my marriage-based Greencard while living with my wife in The Netherlands. I chose Natalia and McEntee Law because my brother had also hired her to help with his company-based Greencard and recommend her. I would highly recommend Natalia. Unfortunately the US immigration process is ridiculously complicated, costly, badly documented by USCIS and NVC, and takes a ridiculous amount of time to process. Having experienced it, I recommend hiring a lawyer if you can afford it. Natalia and her legal aid Susie helped us as we applied from abroad using the consular application process. She helped us understand the process, gather necessary documents, avoid making costly mistakes, advised us on what to include in our application etc. Together with Susie she also checked all our documentation in fine detail. Any time I had a question I emailed Natalia and heard back within a day. She contacted USCIS and the NVC on my behalf to clarify certain things. It was such a relief to have a dedicated lawyer in our corner. We finally moved to the US a few weeks ago. I have my Greencard and it's a huge relief. We're very thankful to Natalia and Susie, they have been fantastic!

I really appreciated the support McEntee Law Group provided for my foreign husband when getting his visa and green card. They made it really clear which documents we needed to provide and even submitted a petition on our behalf when the gov was asking for more documentation than was needed. My husband got his visa and green card in the timeframe that they estimated and we are happily living in the US together now.
