Shameful. They gave me a definite yes on taking my case and promptly handed it over to co-council. When that firm could not handle the job, they told me I still had a case and assigned it to another co-council. Then a week later they closed the file with no explanation whatsoever. Much time wasted when another better qualified firm could have been getting things done. Do not use. I recommend Morgan and Morgan.

The start was a bit bumpy with a prior attorney, but Mr. Fitzgerald stepped in and followed up with what I needed to hand in and he was able to finish compiling the paperwork needed to be handed in to start the process. I do hope the rest of this ride will continue down as easy as Mr. Fitzgerald made it to be so far.
