TV AD sounds GREAT. Called, gave the DETAILS, SIGNED the PAPERWORK.and received a LETTER will WORK on your case. Did NOT hear from them for 2 months then FINALLY received a letter that they can NOT do ANYTHING for us. MY MOM WAS PLACED IN A NURSING HOME, GOT OUT OF BED, FELL AND DIED BECAUSE OF THE FALL. MOM WAS ON THE FLOOR FOR ALMOST 30 MINUTES BEFORE RECEIVING ASSISTANCE. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID THIS LAW FIRM AS THEY ALSO DO NOT CARE ! ! ! ! !

IF PARALEGALS WITH THIS FIRM GETTING PAID MINIMUM WAGE ITS WAY TOO MUCH--SHOU;LD HAVE HUNG UP THE PHONE TOTAL WASTE. This firm contract their work out to other firms and I don't think this is a customer friendly company. They waited almost a year to tell me they could not handle my legal matters. I thought this was another company under the name of pintas anyway. They maybe be friendly cx svc. people but in my opinion they are not Business savay. Horrible experience. They told me something that was legal that I did not have any Idea about. I hired them to seek my legal matters because I know nothing about. I guess if you don't have up front money they won't do quality work. But I have heard bad stories of them. These lawyers think they can get away with poor enthics. it's sad.

Boy, all these upstanding reviews wish you could have handled my case like that. You sent it to your buddy levin and Perconti and they destroyed my chances of redeeming a reasonable settlement. Guess, I wasn't important enough.

I have worked with Pintas & Mullins Law Firm on several matters over the years and they have always been aggressive in getting the best settlements or trial awards. I cannot recommend them enough.
