We contacted your law firm after we discovered that a stage 1 bed sore had turn into a stage 4 in 11 days or less. The nursing home my father was in fell to give proper wound care and he had a hole that went down threw three layers to the bone. While your firm was suppose to be investigating his case. My father died less then 16 days later after speaking with your firm. Upon receiving his death certificate it stated my father died from that bed sore and your firm had the nerve to say we had no case. My father was 90 and suffered silently because that bed sore started shutting his heart, lungs and brain down. I think there is only one reason to drop this case if wrongful neglectful death of my father and that is the nursing home offered tour firm money to drop this case. I Pray no one kill your mother or father and get away with it. My father case was handled very unprofessional and never should been dropped. What that nursing home did to my father was elderly abuse as well as neglect with out a doubt.
