Sean and his firm were on their game. They understand the law, and there defense was admirable. Are there things that I didn’t enjoy through out the process, but who wants to have to hire a lawyer. If your in need Sean will deliver on what he says, good team to have on your side.

I needed a tough attorney who was an expert on construction liens. I've been a general contractor for 34 years who has been fortunate enough to never have to sue someone.... until now. This was a delicate case against a (former) friend of mine. Since I was new to the process, Sean took the time to walk me through exactly what I needed to do. He was very professional and he got the job done with a favorable outcome. If you need someone to go to bat for you on a tough case, then this is the guy for you!

These guys had me as a client for several years in regards to a case where a contractor took half of a large contract bill up front and never came back. Rifkind Patrick group saw it through, took all the right steps, and served this guy on a platter. I got all my money back and then some. This was through covid mind you. Sean and the entire team there are very professional. Will definitely use in future if ever needed and would suggest to friends and family.
