I am an attorney and I hired Sean for a litigation case and he resolved my case in no time flat. In fact, this must have been the quickest judgment he obtained in his career. I was very impressed with how he went through analyzing my case. Being an attorney myself and having somewhat of a litigation background, I asked some very tough questions and Sean was able to take me through the analysis in a logical way and provide insight to considerations that I had not factored in my decision making process.

I moved into my house about two years ago when I had experienced one of the worst times of my life. Moving out on my own and into a new house should have been a joyous occasion but it was everything but that. I experienced deception at its truest form. It wasn't even a full week of me living in the new home when my ceiling fell in. I was informed by a contractor that I had multiple leaks in the home from the outside and inside. I also had rodents making their way into the home from the outside continuously. After lots of work and thousands of dollars spent I fixed all the problems, or so I thought. I later came to find out that those issues were just the beginning of many more to come. I decided to pursue the Seller financially as I felt and learned of all the things he knowingly did to cover up defects and flaws within the home. I spoke with multiple lawyers about my case but when I met with Aaron Rifkind and Sean P. Patrick at RIFKIND PATRICK LLC I knew they were the team for the job. They were very personable and receptive to everything in which I was dealing with and had to deal with pertaining to my home. Since hiring them they have done an awesome job in keeping the burden of cost down while performing above and beyond in court hearings. As I continue to go through this process with them, I just wanted to take a moment to let everyone on here know how much they have helped me along this journey. I would strongly recommend them for any court proceedings that someone may have and at bare minimum just meet with them to see who they really are.

We were wrongfully being sued for a construction contract dispute. Aaron won motion to dismiss after motion to dismiss, it was actually very impressive to watch. He has done a wonderful job, I couldn't ask for a better attorney. Very positive experience.
