I have had Joanne and her office represent me regarding my commercial office space for over 25 years. I am an attorney, but I practice in estate planning, estate settlement, tax and other matters. I have no expertise regarding minimizing my real estate taxes. Abraham Lincoln said "He who represents himself has a fool for a client." I have been with Elliotts for many years and I couldn’t possibly add up the total amount I have saved, but I’m sure it’s upwards and in excess of 30K, and that’s a modest estimate.
