We have utilized Elliott & Associates for a number of years now, through a referral from a condominium owner. They are thorough, precise, easy to contact (they respond to emails normally the same day) and we feel they are reasonably priced for their services. I use Elliott and Associates for all my property tax issues. They may be slightly higher in fees but they get great results. Worth every penny!

We managed a large commercial development for a private equity fund. The fund's previous tax consultant did not understand the complexity of the various parcels, especially one parcel that had no value but had an annual tax bill of over $200,000/year. The Elliott team understood the complex legal issues involving that parcel and took on the government taxing officials. The result was over $500,000 in refunds and more importantly the parcel having it's tax bill reduced down to $0.00. These guys rock!

Being a first time home owner, I didn’t know how the whole process worked. The assessed value of my new home was way above my purchase price. They were able to reduce my assessed value down to match my purchase price! Elliott & Associates were very helpful and responsive to my questions!
