I called and asked a question about how much it would cost they called me back asked me a couple of questions in charge me a $150 she was very rude I would not recommend them at all

I called Susan Grammar at 9:00 PM, expecting to leave a voicemail explaining my concerns and the situation I needed help with. To my shock, it was Susan herself that answered! I was shocked, in a good way. She went ABOVE and beyond to assist me and gave me all of the answers I was inquiring about and sent me in the right direction of someone that could help me if she didn’t know the answer. She is hardworking, personable, honest, committed and very kind. I am not even retaining her services or paying her a consultation and she spent over an hour to help me with the questions I had. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else. She is definitely well worth the money if you have to retain her. Thank you Susan Grammer, you went above and beyond for no compensation and I appreciate your dedication more than you know!!

Took over a year to get any paperwork done. I would wait for hours for a scheduled meeting, would call me at 10:30-11 pm to ask questions I already answered four times. Always yelling, would get mad if you didn’t no the answer to something. Told me my injury to my back, was basically irrelevant because I didn’t have to get surgery, and don’t expect a lot of money, it’s not like you will travel the world. She and her husband were always fighting, yelling slamming doors. Would ignore any questions you basically have. And then charge you for every little thing! I got charged almost 100 dollars for her to print something, and then another 175 for her to go to a meeting. My case never went to court, because the company settled, and she is getting half, for only calling me to yell and ask questions she should already know the answer to. But on the plus side, her receptionist is wonderful!

I have only positive things to say about Susan and how she has helped me with my mom's estate. She was kind and professional during a difficult point in our lives. Sure, she's expensive but you get what you pay for! Fast and efficient, but the wait can sometimes be a bit long in the lobby, but I feel that's because she is giving her attention to the client while she has them in her office. That was my own experience anyway. I plan on using her in the future if the need should arise. My husband really liked her- she's a tough cookie for sure but she knows what she's doing in the matters of the court system.
