She is the most unprofessional, disrespectful and RUDE PERSON I'VE EVER DEALT WITH! ! ! A absolute waste of time and money. Run away before you even think about obtaining her services. Also she is constantly falling asleep during consultation in her office. Which is always, at least two hours after your appointment time.

This woman told me I would never get custody of my son. Turns out that I fired her. I then got a good lawyer and got custody of my son. Dont waste your time with this one, literally. I was always prompt with my appointments only to have her receptionist tell ask me if I've had dinner and if not go ahead and go get some. She is only out for your money and doesn't care about any case.

I was a walk in just to ask a question about a divorce. I was in a desperate state and was taken advantage of after being told it would not cost me a thing. That one talk is still being billed to me over a year later and I refuse to pay. She talked fast and dominated the whole conversation and was very rude.

Keeps sending us a bill, even though we paid 100% upfront. She was over an hour late for our first consultation, and she kept falling asleep while talking to us. Then while actually in court she showed up about 1 minute before we went in and she said NOTHING the whole time we were there. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

Would not recommend. In my opinion, she is unprofessional and arrogant.

I hired Susan Grammer about 10 years ago for my divorce...i had to put $3000 down. She was always late for appointments, then one time during my appointment she had another client in the office with us while she thought I was going to pay her full hourly rate which wa s at the $300; on the top of that she fell asleep while she typing and in the middle of talking to me. Dealing with her made the divorce way harder then it should of been. She didnt get me a dime, she told me that i should of just sign the divorce paper because i could not afford her and i already used up my down payment so i owe her more money. I was upset because i was not informed nor receive d a bill from her. I ended up firing her before the divorce was final, and I represented my self.

Was the world's worst for making you wait, appointment at 8:00 saw us at midnight, and totally will charge you for unnecessary paperwork, talks about her and her family rambling on and on and charges you for the time, never would I recommend her for anything!!! #don'twasteyourmoney

I used Susan about 4 years ago for my divorce..... 9,000 dollars later and 18 MONTHS later it STILL wasn't finalized. She's a joke in the courtroom and all she does is argue irrelevant issues instead of the issues that need to be addressed. My ex didn't even have a lawyer and he managed to railroad her in the courtroom. DO NOT hire this woman unless you want to waste money with little results. I ended up getting rid of her (and the hearing where I was terminating my services with her IN FRONT of a judge she didn't even bother to show up, real classy and real professional let me tell ya) and finalizing my divorce in ONE DAY and she couldn't do it in a year and half!! Read the other reviews on here as they are all accurate as well. STAY AWAY from this attorney!!

Missed my kids baseball game to be at 7pm appointment. Finally got to me around midnight very condescending and hateful when could not remember facts of case after all our meeting went to close to 2am at a cost of 400.00. She drug out her questions to pad the tab. She told me when I went to court to tell the judge in a civil case she could not be there due to another case and assured me they would give me a continuance. Well next thing you know judge is swearing me in. The other guy had his lawyer,but not me judge advised we better work something out, so I took a deal I really didn't want cause my lawyer wasn't there. The deal was struck when Susan strolled in after her other case was over and insisted she would look the agreement over as to assure I wasn't getting the shaft. She took about 15 mins to look it over. Next week I received 500.00 bill 100.00 for looking it over 200.00 drive to court 200.00 for her drive home. That's one bill I never paid or never will.
