Mr Swanson was instrumental in resolving an issue in a long-term business transaction. I am grateful the worry and hassle is behind me.

After the initial consultation with Mr. Swanson I felt like he was capable of handling what I needed from a legal perspective. His military experience gave me the impression that he would be understanding and compassionate towards my needs. I was extremely disappointed by the timeliness and responsiveness towards my case.  I had to call and ask Mr. Swanson to complete phone calls and paperwork in order to keep things moving in a forward motion.  Mr. Swanson was very defensive when questioned about the status of my case.  I had sincere concerns and my frustration was taken as being angry and hostile.  He could not, and it was perceived as he would not, answer my questions about time frames and actions needed to be taken on my part as well as his. In the end, our contract was voided and I was forced to find legal counsel elsewhere. Once new counsel  was secured, the response from Mr. Swanson's office to forward my case files was also delayed. My new counsel was forced to recreate documents I had already paid Mr. Swanson to complete. The disappointment seemed endless. I would not recommend him unless you want to waste money and time.

I hired Michael for my divorce and he was extremely knowledgeable and accommodating. I was extremely satisfied with the results I received. He exceeded my expectations and made me feel comfortable. He took his time to explain the process to me and was patient and answered all my questions. Every time I went for a meeting with him he was professional. He's an amazing attorney.
